If someone were to ask me, "what is the most important substance in existence?" I would undoubtedly answer, "water." Not only is it directly responsible for our evolution and (thus) existence, it makes up a substantial portion of the human body). We also need it for our survival. However, because it is so plentiful on Earth, it"s easy to forget that, for the most part, water is a scarce commodity (clean water even more-so). Especially when you leave Earth"s atmosphere.
